Job Description
We have a new exciting position as a Building Services Project Manager to join our current Buildings and Estate Project Management team. This opportunity is part of an expansion of the Project Management team and offers a chance to work in our fantastic Facilities department.
This Building Services Project Manager role will be integral to supporting this expanding and dynamic F1 facility, whilst also supporting the wider team by delivering infrastructure changes around the site. This includes but is not limited to changes of use, refurbishments, new builds/ extensions, plant replacements and integration of new machinery into the facility.
To be successful in this Building Services Project Manager role you need to have experience working in a related role within a similar sized organisation or one that offers challenges and difficulties akin to our own. We will also need you to have working knowledge of Mechanical and/ or Electrical Building Services systems and a background in either Design Management or Project Management to complement the existing Projects Team.
Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for someone with good communication skills, dynamic thinking and a determination to see projects through in a timely manner. As with all of our roles, we will also be looking for a candidate who is used to, and thrives working in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
