Brand Studio Design Lead

To help deliver against this global vision, we are seeking a Brand Studio Design Lead based in our HQ in St James Market, reporting to the Head of Brand Experience. 

This role will oversee all branding of Formula 1, working across the business to define and create with external agencies and your internal Brand Studio the ‘brand’ across all touchpoints of F1.   and help guide and influence how the brand is experienced through our partners. 

The role:

  • Improve brand awareness through design, aimed to capture the attention of new fans and support achieving wider business KPIs.
  • Be seen as a leader in the industry, pushing the Formula 1 brand and its values.
  • Manage all members of the team and guide and align them to achieve that vision, whilst creating world-first, disruptive concepts.
  • Skilled and expert design knowledge put into practice, creating exemplar concept designs to bring the brand strategy to life and inspire the team.
  • Respond to internal briefs for creative, design, copy across F1.

About You

You will bring proven experience in growing and mentoring creative teams and helping to build the environment for them to create and deliver impactful ideas across multiple touchpoints.

 

You have:

 

  • A strong design background.
  • Extensive experience in the creative industry across a plethora of channels; deep expertise in storytelling.
  • Experience managing, leading and developing large creative teams.
  • Experience working in internal brand studios and collaborating with agencies, motion designers, production teams and vendors to seamlessly execute projects.
