Bilingual Scheduling Admin

Bilingual Scheduling Admin will assist in scheduling mobile repairs for customers. Must be comfortable working partially from home. Must be comfortable using personal cellular device for work purposes. This is a temporary position with up to 40 hours per week. Afternoon shift Monday through Friday, open availability required on Saturdays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following items:

  • Answer appointment calls during working hours
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with customers
  • Work directly with canvassers to schedule customer appointments
  • Organize internal files, retrieve VIN information, and ensure all customer information is filed correctly
  • Ensure all information is entered correctly in Trello software
  • Assist technicians in answering service calls
  • Communicate with team regarding any open issues
  • Attend all required meetings via zoom

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be Bilingual (English-Spanish speaking)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in general computer skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
  • Must have professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have good customer interface skills
  • Must have great attention to detail
