B2B Sales & Business Development Manager

Race Lab is a Toronto based advanced driving school founded in 2015 by Canadian Rally champion “Crazy” Leo Urlichich. Originally created to train tactical driving to the Canadian Forces, Race Lab has expanded to teach their proprietary techniques to the general public; creating safer, smoother drivers through the development of individual car control skills.

We are seeking a passionate salesperson to assist with B2B sales in the Greater Toronto Area and potentially beyond! Working remotely, you will strive to understand our clients’ advanced driving needs (Race Lab has products that can serve any business across any industry) and develop suitable packages. Additionally, a variety of business development sales tasks will be assigned, this can include meeting with clients, assisting with research along with other special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation, this can include attending events, networking, meeting with prospective clients
  • Interact professionally and diligently with leads to understand their requirements
  • Offer set Race Lab packages, or create training options based on client’s unique needs.
  • Schedule and hold consultation calls with clients; document client information
  • Provide official quotations and invoicing along with general admin duties surrounding the sale
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Maintain client database (CRM) to Race Lab standards
  • Various business development projects

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Passion for sales. We know it takes a special kind of person
  • Personable & outgoing in person, over the telephone and digitally (email, social media etc.)
  • Good computer knowledge, including Google, Microsoft & social media platforms.
  • Post secondary education
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and intelligently
  • Adaptable and open to taskings outside of core job description
  • Assist with scheduling, customer facing at events, social media creation along with PPC & SEO (depending on qualifications & preference)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and corporate experience with B2B sales & client facing
  • Proven sales track record
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Automotive / racing / rally industry passion and knowledge
  • Multilingual

Compensation and Work Hours

Work days
*This is a remote position. Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be available during regular business hours (9-5 Monday to Friday). Accommodation can be made to fit your schedule (for example if you need Tuesday’s off, or any other specific time-frame). Occasionally weekend work may be required, this will be discussed ahead of assignment.

Compensation is dependent on experience and skills and will be discussed during the interview process.
