We are currently seeking a full time Automotive R&D Test Technician to instrument and test diesel, gas, and high performance engines and vehicles.
Successful candidate will install instrumentation, data acquisition equipment, and aftermarket or OE performance products on test vehicles ensuring that all equipment and parts are interfaced correctly. Will execute tests, analyze test data, and ensure completed test results are to specification. Will document test results and make recommendations for modifying test environments and/or equipment to improve the collection or validation of test data. Will ensure that all test equipment and test vehicles are maintained and in operational condition at all times. Must pay strong attention to detail, have the ability to recognize test data or testing problems, and have the initiative to remedy or make recommendations for resolving test issues.
