Site Operations Manager is responsible and accountable for operations of an Automotive Test program and related activities:
- Overall direction and execution of assigned project(s)
- Manage assigned personnel, equipment, facility, associated customer and contractor contacts
- Ensure work performance is planned and coordinated according to schedule with strict adherence to quality and timing
- Maintain program work site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA, OSHA, MARTIN requirements
- Serve as main contact with the customer for resolution of operational issues and to seek opportunities for program growth
- Initiate corrective action for any unsafe or environmentally unsound conditions
- Ensure all company and customer policies and procedures are adhered
- Monitor morale of team and strive to maintain a high level of “can-do” attitude
- Actively participate in feedback and post-performance evaluations
- Monitor and assure proper maintenance of all program equipment
