Auto Industry Sales Rep / Value Chain Developer - Chemical

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and manage relationship for SE&B (EMCC) product lines especially with OEMs, tire producers, Tier 1s for extrusion and molded rubber products
- Perform job duties in accordance with all EMCC Safety requirements;
- Steward a portfolio of customers / OEMs based in China as delegated by the Global Automotive Market Development Manager;
- Develop and implement customer / OEM annual account plans, including the stewardship of pipeline activities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- Bachelor degree holders in engineering
- Proven working experience in sales & marketing role is desirable
- Strong English, native Chinese (i.e., ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization)
- Proficient PC skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spread sheets, graphics
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to write reports, handle business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Understanding of Chemical and Automotive industry fundamentals
- Understanding cultural dimensions of working in a foreign company environment
- Soft skills: Innovative, hard-working, accurate, good team player
