Motor Racing Network (MRN) is seeking applications for the position of Associate Producer. This position assists in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of strategic social marketing, promotional and video campaigns to increase the visibility of MRN and ISC produced motorsports programing with fans, teams, drivers, industry contacts, and general public.
FUNCTION OF UNIT: The MRN Digital Department includes management of MRN.com, any MRN created mobile applications, micro-sites, audio/video productions or any MRN content distributed through future technologies.
GOALS OF THE POSITION:
The individual in this position assists efforts to establish MRN.com as a distinct media platform, including the creation of original content, programming, technical innovation and implementation.
The Associate Producer is responsible for managing Social Media accounts and producing Digital audio and video programming to live on MRN.com and other media outlets.
Additional responsibilities include acquiring, creating, editing and posting content and promoting the site through various social and digital platforms.
DUTIES:
Produce MRN audio, video and written content for MRN.com, MRN Video Productions and other media outlets including but not limited to MAV TV, FOX Sports, NBC Sports and NASCAR.com.
Creates assets through Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator to be used across multiple digital channels
Effectively communicates with multiple areas within the external department to best capture and relay news, department highlights, event and ticket promotions, and additional information as assigned
Tracks and applies social media analytics to ensure quality and sound plan strategies.
Stays current to industry trends and ensures that MRN remains at the forefront of the digital media landscape
