We are currently looking for an Associate Manager, Merchandising Operations - Retail to join our growing team in Westford, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible to provide operational and communication support for the retail merchandising team. He/She will manage product purchase orders and maintain all updates regarding pricing, attributes, launch and order dates via our Order Management system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all product deadlines, deliveries and all reports arriving from warehouse as well as track and organize samples data
  • Update and manage monthly departmental reports by consolidating and formatting data utilized by different teams in different systems
  • Support and assist teams with visual assortment plans by finding and updating images
  • Verify product information and dates are accurate across different file locations and systems
  • Organize teams, merchandise including footwear, apparel and accessories and ensure completion of global deliverables this doesn’t make sense
  • Provide support as needed on adhoc projects.

YOUR TALENT

  • 2-3 years’ in a support function, preferably in Merchandising, Marketing, or Planning
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management skills and planning
  • Ability to work with different teams, systems and apply successful time management skills
  • Proactive and cohesive thinker understanding the impact of tasks, projects and outcomes to multiple functional groups or channels of business
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage different projects simultaneously.
