If you are a highly efficient administrator with experience gained working in Sports and/or TV Production, this opportunity should excite you. Based at our Media & Technology Centre in Biggin Hill, be part of the exhilarating environment of F1.
This is a varied and rewarding role where proactivity and initiative are always required.
The Role:
- To assist the Production Coordinator in maintaining and coordinating all staff and contractor requirements.
- Manage diaries and efficiently schedule meetings both internally and externally.
- To assist the Production Coordinator with submitting and communicating travel plans.
- Assist on making travel arrangements for foreign contractors and organize travel for the Live Production.
- Raise Purchase Orders as required, reviewing and matching invoices, produce timesheets.
- Assist the Team with the drafting and distribution of production schedules, crewing lists, call sheets and other documents.
- Act as a point of contact for contractors, resolving contractor queries on a timely manner.
About You
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with a wide range of people at all levels.
You have:
- Experience working in Sports and/or TV Production
- Strong administrative skills.
- Intermediate to advanced user of the Microsoft office suite.
- Highly organised, accurate, efficient with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise.
- Ability to stay calm and level-headed whilst under pressure.
- Willingness to work extra and/or unsociable hours when required
- Ability to assist the team during Race Weekends.
