Boondocks Food & Fun- Draper Utah $12-14+ an hour, depending on experience - Full-time or Part Time Boondocks Food & Fun is looking for a full time or part time, energetic Assistant Mechanic to assistant our lead mechanic to service and maintain our fleet of state-of-the-art go-karts & bumper boats. The right candidate will have a track record of mechanical repair experience, preferably in the golf-kart, go-kart, motorcycle or motorsports field, will be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties, Abilities and Responsibilities: Perform opening track, pond, kart and boats repair and performance checks Maintain kart and boat performance throughout the day Maintain track and pond appearance and functionality Keep accurate documentation of repairs, parts inventory, and special projects Responsibly maintain supply of tools and machinery Ensure that the pit, pond, shop and track areas remain clean and safe Assist the team members with operations in limited situations Perform specific facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Standing and or walking a lot of the time Lifting is required Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
