BWT Alpine F1 Team have a fantastic opportunity to join a team on the rise looking to push and fight for podiums and ultimately championship wins. As a Gearbox Assembly technician, you will be part of the Mechanical Build and Test department working with a close knit and excellent team, where team work is paramount.
Assembly Technician – The Role
Within this vital role, the post holder will be working with a team responsible for the assembly and servicing of Gearboxes and associated assemblies to an exceptionally high standard, following set procedures and ensuring that the assemblies meet the required specification to achieve 100% reliability.
The role also requires the recording of accurate build records and prompt fault reporting.
Assembly Technician – The Person
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the assembly and servicing of complex assemblies. They will be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and be self-motivated, organised, working to a high standard, understanding procedures, consistently demonstrating a high level of technical competence and sound communication skills.
We are looking for an individual who will be flexible in their approach, and willing to attend race and test events in the future.
