Applications Specialist - Dynamics CRM
About this Opportunity:
AMSOIL INC. is looking for an Applications Specialist to be our new expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This person is responsible for working with stakeholders to define, analyze and document the CRM software and process flow requirements for enhancements as well as identify opportunities for new and/or improved functionality and processes while building trusted relationships with internal clients. This is a full-time position located in Superior, WI.
Requirements/Expectations:
Responsibilities:
- Implementing, analyzing enhancing, modifying and testing the CRM application to meet business requirements in the areas related to sales, operations, finance and other functional areas.
- Continuously improve business processes and performance.
- Analyze the system and processes to define alternative solutions and functional specifications to solve system related issues.
- Work with users to support the CRM business applications and investigate operation problems or system requirements.
- Provide the primary analysis to recommend modifications to external software packages or processes to meet business requirements.
- Provide support and maintenance to the existing CRM system.
- Support other systems as needed including our ERP - EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards) and MS Click Dimensions.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in related field
- In-depth experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems; EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards) preferred
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws such as Payment Card Industry Standards. CASL and GDPR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate ideas in both a technical and user-friendly language
- Strong customer service orientation
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven success prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment
- Highly self-motivated and directed
Preferred:
- Strong understanding and ability to demonstrate project management skills
- Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into system, issues and products as required
- Demonstrate good analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to internal system issues and third party applications as required.
- High level of business insight along with process and business application knowledge
