Applications Director

The Applications Director will provide guidance to the organization in establishing an overall long-term plan and framework for SAP, PLM, and HighJump which ensures most effective use in enhancing business capability and performance.

Essential Functions of this Role:

  • Manage a team of programmers, analysts, and support personnel
  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of SAP, PLM, and HighJump solutions through analysis, recommendation design, testing and implementation
  • Provide leadership in data governance and develop standards and processes to ensure our data integrity
  • Develop a productive framework for consistent training of the applications business community
  • Provide leadership and high value by applying business and technical knowledge
  • Work with Business Application users including FI/CO, MM, SD, PI, BW, BOBJ to implement best practices
  • Provide solutions in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide technical expertise in identification, design configuration testing and debugging issues and manage unit, integration and user acceptance testing
