• Ensure that specifications of developed turbochargers meet technical and installation criteria of customers. Provide general product support in co-operation with the responsible sales manager, in a customer team environment
• Creates specific turbochargers design to meet engine performances, installation criteria of a given customers and propose the best compromise between cost and all critical to customer characteristics. Writes the technical offer and the gap analysis of each attributed project
• Leads internally the various development activities with Design office, Manufacturing Team and Testing department as the technical leader inside the customer team. Coordinates all those activities to insure a flawless launch into production meeting internal goals
• Create the specific validation plan based on risk analysis and Design-FMEA for all various phase of the program through PEP Process and customer specifics APQP process
• Accountable for both HONEYWELL and the customer for the technical subjects around a given project. Specifically has responsibility of the good execution of all design details, prototypes ordering for internal use and customer use, of after tests reports, and project presentation for internal gateway decision and presentation to customer
• Based on specific needs request and coordinates the support of other functions in HTT, as Product Engineering, Center Of Excellence to support his project
• Reports back through the organization all technical information from his customer to help to define new performances needs, new requirements for future product development
• Careful identification of customer contractual requirements to ensure the organization is clear on what they are, and when due. Using the Voice of the Customer (VOC) process, obtaining updates on key customer needs, including non-contractual, and a rating of our performance against these needs. Reviews of the status of customer commitments. Continual effort, as required, to address and improve customer ratings that is below goal.
