Scuderia AlphaTauri has an exciting opportunity to join our Aerodynamics department in Bicester (UK) as an Aerodynamic Development Team Leader. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated F1 Aerodynamicist to lead one of our development teams. You will be responsible for managing a group of aerodynamicists to deliver aerodynamic performance to the race car.

- Significant experience of F1 Aerodynamic development
- Proficient computer skills including CFD and 3D CAD software
- Definition, specification and management of effective Wind Tunnel tests
- Exceptional communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Proven people management skills
- Remarkable attitude in problem solving and attention to details
- Creativity and innovation
- Phd or Master degree with a specialisation in fluid dynamics and/or numerical methods
- Fluent in English
- Travel 10%
