You will be responsible for supporting a Team Leader in the effective running of a development team. You will be expected to lead individual projects with minimal supervision to deliver aerodynamic performance. The role will involve all aspects of aerodynamic development including concept definition, testing and analysis of experimental and numerical simulations.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- At least 5 years’ experience of F1 Aerodynamic development
- Definition, specification and management of effective wind tunnel tests
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- The ability to mentor and develop less experienced aerodynamicists
- Creativity and innovation
- Proficient computer skills including CFD and 3D CAD software.
