Admission Fan Crew - Seasonal

Daytona International Speedway is the home of “The Great American Race” – the DAYTONA 500!  Since the conclusion of our massive renovation, the World Center of Racing now gives our fans a one of a kind  experience  at an iconic venue.  We are currently looking for motivated and outgoing crew members that will deliver the best experience in sports.

Admission Fan Crew:

Admission Fan Crew is an important part of the Daytona experience. Members work at Admission Gates, Tunnels, or the Infield Campgrounds depending on qualifications and interest. Each area is responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable racing experience.

Admission Fan Crew is ONLY a seasonal/temporary event based position. 

Shift length: 8-12 hours depending on specific event needs and event conditions.  
Additional pay is offered to those who primarily work overnight shifts (5:30PM-6:00AM).

Responsibilities at the Admission Gates:

  • Properly scanning each guest’s ticket for valid access into the facility
  • Properly checking each guest’s credential for valid access into the facility
  • Assisting guests with accurate directions and any other assistance on property
  • All other duties assigned

Responsibilities at the Tunnels:

  • Checking each vehicle for valid access into the infield
  • Checking each RV for any items that are prohibited from entrance into the infield campgrounds.
  • Checking each guest’s ticket or credential for valid access into the infield
  • All other duties assigned

Responsibilities at the Infield Campgrounds:

  • Assisting each camper to their appropriate space
  • Checking each guest for valid access into each campground
  • Assisting guests with any campground issues they may encounter
  • All other duties assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be friendly, enthusiastic, personable, and reliable
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must learn quickly and be trainable
  • Ability to work in a faced paced & high stress environment
  • Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time (12+ hours)
  • Ability to work outside in variable seasonal weather conditions
  • Ability to work with others and take direction
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as assigned
  • Must follow dress code and have a clean, presentable appearance at all times
