Job Title: Administrative / HRIS Coordinator

Hours: Part-Time (20-30 Hours per Week)

Wage: Hourly $20-25 per/hr DOE

Reports to: CEO

Job Description: DirtFish is seeking a person who thrives in learning new skills and communicating with upper management; who loves crushing their daily task list and adapts quickly to change. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate special projects with CEO
    • Liaise between departments heads
    • Vendor communication
    • Project research
  • Team coordinator for HRIS system
    • Timecard monitoring, PTO banks and onboarding support to department heads
    • Monitor inbound job inquiries
    • DirtFish representative for WA State Shared Work program and report hours to department heads weekly (COVID specific)
    • Update staff regarding updated team bulletins, state mandate changes and any DF policy updates
    • Open Enrollment annually via Namely with new hire monitoring for medical benefit onboarding
  • Track office inventory & assets
  • Coordinate company wide meetings, team building events, and employee appreciation

Minimum Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Two plus years of administrative experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail a MUST
  • Highly organized & personable
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Google programs
  • Experience working in events and small business offices
  • Experience with Namely, Configeo, Lightspeed or Shopify is a plus
  • Human Resources admin experience is a plus
