Del Amo Motorsports is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for its dealership in Orange County. We carry all power sports brands and products, on and off-road. As a continually growing business with a proven history of success dating back to 1985, we seek to hire an individual who is passionate about customer service and producing high quality work. Enthusiasm for power sports is a plus.
The ideal Admin Assistant candidate will possess the following:
- Proficiency with computer software programs including Excel and MS Word
- Attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Data entry experience
- Able to cover the reception area
- Comfortable on the phone
- Greet our clients
- Ability to multi-task effectively and communicate accurately with vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Powersports (Motorcycle) knowledge a plus
- Ability to commit to and work under deadlines
- Willingness to learn new tasks and grow
In addition, Admin Assistant duties include, but are not limited to:
- Updating inventory lists and posting updates to dealer websites, daily
- Maintaining updated ads on Cycle Trader, daily
- Creating tags for inventory on showroom floor
- Utilizing web based services for maintaining up to date information on used units
- Photographing units and posting photos to websites
- Shooting short video clips of units with narration; posts to YouTube
- Collaborating with marketing team to update website banners for new inventory
