Job Description

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and customer service for the ITW Welding Houston Technology Center and Western US Regions sales organizations. This position is based in Houston, TX and is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time role (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm).

Qualifications

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and maintain schedules to ensure they are organized, prepared and time is well spent
  • Analyze and manage incoming and outgoing communication; prioritizing significance and facilitating appropriate distribution and response
  • Manage and arrange meetings and events. Event planning for both small and large events is a key part of this role
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
  • Maintain records and databases; file and retrieve documents and reports to include Intellectual Property documents such as non-disclosure agreements, patents and contracts
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Main point of contact for all building maintenance and all vendors that support the Technology Center
  • Ensure that all visitors and visits are logged into Capture/D365
  • Process invoices for timely payment
  • Support the South Central, Southwest and Northwest Regional Managers and regions
