OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Working within the new Connected and Autonomous Vehicle (CAV) team in creation of the car of tomorrow. You will be working with enthusiastic and dedicated people at the forefront of science and technology where your work will have a huge impact in cars worldwide.
You will have the opportunity to develop the systems design for the latest ADAS and AD features.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop ADAS and AD system design, following the systems engineering process
- Interface to stakeholders
- Develop system architecture
- Develop detailed system requirements
- Develop system KPIs
- Lead delivery of System Specifications
- Develop functional safety concept for ADAS and AD features
- Establish validation and verification criteria
- Develop simulation models and techniques to validate requirements
SCOPE OF THE JOB
As an ADAS Systems Engineer, you’ll also be responsible for working with other systems engineers and development partners / suppliers to develop the system design for ADAS and AD features.
You will be responsible for applying a systems engineering process in order to develop a complete set of requirements for ADAS systems.
Finally, you’ll ensure that requirements on the other system and control modules are clearly cascaded and that the timing plans are in place to support the system development and delivery.
