ACCOUNT MANAGER
As an Account Manager on the Level5 Team, you must possess superior communication skills and have working knowledge of Agency-Client relationships and processes. You work closely with the Account Director and the Level5 Production Team to ensure timely deliverables. You will develop and maintain a working-level understanding of the RV industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning and integrated marketing strategies. You are highly organized, task and detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service. Your academic and professional experience has instilled a sense of urgency without compromising the integrity of results. Some travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Client/Agency liaison ensuring Client needs are met with white glove service while maintaining a solid relationship on a maximum of 5 accounts
  • Define and support all client Marketing/Advertising strategies while working within Agency policies and procedures
  • Plan and defend budget recommendations ensuring quality and profitable results for Clients
  • Timely development and execution of deliverables that meet Client objectives for all departments within a dealership
  • Execute monthly reporting and planning meetings to ensure the Clients’ marketing strategy is effective and timely
  • Create and manage monthly deliverable list to track all Marketing/Advertising
  • Oversee all offers and campaigns in-market to ensure Clients remain competitive in their market with consistent messaging
  • Present annual comprehensive market analysis, including competitors, for all Client accounts
  • Audit consumer ads and website monthly
  • Proactively manage relationships with key dealership contacts and seek opportunities to strengthen and build new relationships
  • Provide bi-weekly status reports on marketing deliverables
  • Obtain/maintain knowledge of creative requirements for all manufacturers
  • Provide strategic guidance to Clients; address Client needs and challenges; plan and develop integrated programs that exceed Client objectives
  • Share responsibility for 96% Client retention by working with the leadership team to maintain client relationships, proactively identifying client risks, opportunities, and managing client teams to effectively respond to client needs
  • Be a positive, proactive and productive team member
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Client markets
  • Demonstrate ability to integrate Compass® technology into Client recommendations
  • Demonstrate understanding of key business trends
  • Advance best practices in the agency process
  • Ability to consistently convey and articulate Level5 Advertising’s core products and strategy

ADDITIONAL DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Know your Client! Learn, and maintain, knowledge of Client Accounts; understand their Perfect Market
  • Be a student of the Industry! Hone your understanding of the RV industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning and integrated marketing strategies
  • Exercise proactive daily communications in a professional and efficient manner with both colleagues and clients
  • Continually seek ways to add value to the Client-Agency relationship

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field, preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years’ client facing experience
  • Agency, In-House Marketing and/or Customer Service experience, a BIG plus!
  • Extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
  • Knowledgeable at developing and executing integrated marketing programs, and retaining clients
  • Understands functional and industry best practices with an eye toward continuous improvement
  • Aim to continually challenge the status quo and "raise the bar"
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to write, listen and articulate in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Must maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with emphasis on PPT and excel

COMPENSATION
Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience. Participation in company benefit offerings includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and wellness. This is a full-time, virtual position, some travel required.
