Workshop 5001™ focuses on full restorations as custom-fit numbered hotrods or to factory original. These builds are completed as bare tub restorations, including Mil-Spec wiring, full interiors, motorsport suspension, and various other custom components. Client involvement varies based on interest, with participation through iCloud photo sharing and ongoing conversations. LA Workshop 5001 is proud to use the Celette system for structural and body repairs.
Other projects include Sport Purpose Makeovers, which often include a rebuilt engine, refinished interior with roll bar/cage, and sport or racing seats with five point harnesses. Setup specifically for dual purpose road and track. We utilize a mix of factory and motorsport parts to tailor vehicle dynamics to the client’s intended use.
Workshop 5001 offers full service engine rebuilds and reseals across all 911 years.
Everything from 2.0L carbureted period correct rebuilds, to MFI or CIS stock restorations, to full MoTeC-controlled 4.0L fire breathing monsters can be achieved.
NA or turbocharged, our motors are built to exacting standards using the highest quality internal parts and tested/tuned on the AASCO Motorsports engine dyno.
