HCI has vast experience in designing and manufacturing electrical wiring looms, wiring harnesses and electronics systems for the motorsport industry. From working directly in F1 and GT teams to working for high-end motorsport suppliers, the team at HCI has extensive experience and expertise in all areas of motorsport.

HCI are approved suppliers for teams that operate in  Formula 1, Formula E, LMP1, LMP2, GT3, GT4, World Rally, World Rallycross Championship, Robo Race Autonomous racing and many more. HCI prides itself on its speed of response, quality and ability to hit our customers cost targets.

We build our motorsport harnesses on 1:1 scale formboards which are usually created using Zuken E3.  This guarantees repeatability ensuring the first prototype harness is the same as the 1000th. We create Standard Operating procedures for each wiring harness in build to ensure continuity of information between harness build technicians. All tooling is logged, calibrated and checked using our crimp pull tester and all completed harnesses are 100% checked on our Cirris CH2 automated test equipment for electrical continuity and insulation resistance.
