YOUR TASKS:
- Develop, document, and revise test procedures and quality standards for software and hardware, focused on intercom products and related accessories
- Designs complex testing scenarios and test cases that will demonstrate conformance to all functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyse system problems and communicate those issues to software and systems engineers
- Analyse customer installations remotely, provide help and support for Riedel products
- Help define new automation testing use cases with our automation engineers
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed (technical) studies, e.g. in electrical engineering, information technology or computer science
- Experience in performing and managing quality assurance activities, including functional and regression testing, performance and stress testing
- Experience in planning, developing, and executing quality assurance activities
- Proven experience of the agile process (Scrum, Kanban)
- Possess an understanding of testing methodologies and practices
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Linux and shell scripting
- Knowledge in the area of IP routing/switching is nice to have
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player and good communicator with ability to cross-domain thinking and willingness to collaborate closely with other company functions
- Fluent English and good German language skills
