Main tasks
- Data download and real time analysis on track
- Equipment reprogramming and latest equipment configuration installations
- Reporting results an abnormalities to FIA and back-office
- Work efficiently to restore service, highlight and escalate issues or deficiencies
- Supporting/Consulting FIA in case of safety relevant issues
- On event contact person for customers and FIA
- Coordinate support team during events
- Prepare event reports and debrief meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering or in related fields
- 5 years or more of relevant work experience in the Motorsport/Rallye sector – ideally as a Systems Engineer
- Experience in Wintax and Sysma (or equivalent) and Visual Basic
- Knowledge in Hybrid or Electrical Drivetrains, ideally qualification to work on HV-Systems
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; speaking German/French is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of initiative, flexibility and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to travel all around the world to all WRC events
