WRC Design Homologation Engineer

Main tasks

  • Manage the documentations needed for FIA exchanges and the homologation process
  • Proactively support the design and indepently design various mechanical and system components
  • Organize of homologation drawings, pictures and the parts itself
  • Perform through direct communication with partners, markets and suppliers
  • Focus on the collaboration with design teams and workshop colleagues to achieve easy assemblies and maintenance of parts
  • Ensure timelines are respected and homologation deadlines are met
  • Advise the respective departments on approval requirements and standarts
  • Create homologation and approval concepts to develop and support the different projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering with a major in related fields
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the Motorsport sector
  • Fluent English both written and spoken is mandatory, Fluent French is considered as an advantage
  • You complete tasks with minimal guidance and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • You have a good knowledge of CAD (Catia V5) surface an of working in a PLM system (Windchill)
