Responsibilities
- Planning, control, and monitoring of work processes and production sequences in the workshop
- Management of the mechanics and distribution of tasks in coordination with the engineering department
- Interface between engineering and mechanics
- Constant development of the processes in the workshop
- Overview and control of all workshop equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience in motorsport environment preferred
- The ability to consistently work to the highest standards with an exceptional attitude towards attention to detail
- Willingless to lead a team and act as a role model for the mechanics
- You enjoy to work to a consistently high standard in stressful and time sensitive situations
- Able to prioritise the workload and able to manage time efficiently
- High willingless to travel, flexible attitude to working hours including working on weekends
