Workshop Leader (m/w)

Responsibilities

  • Planning, control, and monitoring of work processes and production sequences in the workshop
  • Management of the mechanics and distribution of tasks in coordination with the engineering department
  • Interface between engineering and mechanics
  • Constant development of the processes in the workshop
  •  Overview and control of all workshop equipment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in motorsport environment preferred
  • The ability to consistently work to the highest standards with an exceptional attitude towards attention to detail
  • Willingless to lead a team and act as a role model for the mechanics
  • You enjoy to work to a consistently high standard in stressful and time sensitive situations 
  • Able to prioritise the workload and able to manage time efficiently
  • High willingless to travel, flexible attitude to working hours including working on weekends
