Working Student (m/f/d) for Customer Motorsport

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to be part of our Customer Motorsport Team in Cologne, Germany.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the team in regular day-to-day business in the areas of communication, after-sales and customer management
• Complete processing of customer orders in SAP (Sales & Distribution) from receipt of order to invoicing
  • Creation of sales orders in the system
  • Regular availability check of parts in the warehouse
  • Delivery of customer orders and creation of delivery notes
  • Communication with customers and project partners (also in English)

The requirements for this project are that you:

• Are a currently enrolled student with at least 6 month study course left
• Are safe with handling of MS Office and desirable with SAP knowledge
• Have a very good command of the English language (in speech as well as in writing)
• Have a high degree of independence, initiative, reliability, flexibility in completing tasks as well as a structured way of working and the ability to work in a team
• Have excellent communication skills and are customer and service orientated
