VP of NA Sales, Service & Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Highly knowledgeable in all areas of sales, sales pipeline development, customer relationship management, retail channel management, customer services, marketing and marketing communications including business plan development
  • Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and manage lead tracking
  • Manage and report on the sales process, including providing forecasts and metrics on the sales pipeline.
  • Create a sales and service strategy capable of supporting a broad line-up of premium and luxury vehicles, including managing the remarketing program that supports the Fisker Flexee-lease program and supply of used vehicles.
  • Work in close partnership with our external service partners and build a unified and seamless experience for our customers.
  • Analyze and leverage market research.
  • Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars, and events’ collateral materials
  • Lead, motivate and mentor sales team through visibility, accessibility, communication, and coaching
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and global functional leads to develop locally relevant plans and programs
  • Develop strategies for customer retention, upsell and cross sell.
  • Develop and implement strategies for entering our target markets in the most cost effective and efficient way possible.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience, automotive industry preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Sense of urgency in solving problems and comfortable with a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to get involved at every level of the business
  • Proven track record in leading the creation and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Results oriented
