Volunteer Manager: This is a key role in the motorsport team that is focused on the Recruitment, Training and Retention of Marshalls and Officials for Motorsport events.
The following skills are sought:
- HR background or a person currently in a similar role with a sports or voluntary organization
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge to support the ongoing digitization of the role
- Capacity to work with a multi-cultural team
- Knowledge of motorsport an advantage
- Fluent English , other languages a bonus.
- Good project management skills
- Graduate
