The Bedford College Group are currently seeking a Training Coordinator (Assessor) in Engineering to become a key member of our Engineering Apprenticeships department.
As a Training Coordinator in Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:
- Recruiting, interviewing and completing an initial assessment of learners.
- Overseeing the effective sign ups, delivery and deployment of integrated programmes of competence based training.
- Providing instruction, guidance and support to learners.
Our ideal candidates will have knowledge of recent developments in training, assessing and verifying and knowledge of work based learning (WBL) frameworks/relevant course criteria alongside the following qualifications:
- Good all round level of education to include Maths and English to GCSE (Grade A - C) or equivalent level (level 2)
- A1 Assessor qualification
- Level 3 qualification in the in the relevant subject specialism
