Track Systems Technician - F100

About The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Track Systems Technician to join our Track Systems department to help with the management of the F1 timing data acquisition and communication systems at a number of Grand Prix events around the world.

Our F100 team install maintain, fault find and monitor all the components that make up the timing data acquisition system.

The role is a mixture of both manual and technical, and when you’re not travelling, you’ll be based in our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill.

About You

You’re enthusiastic, eager to learn and enjoy getting stuck in.

You have excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet firm deadlines. 

 

You’ll have:

  • knowledge of Fault finding on electrical/electronic wiring systems
  • Great communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Experience in working to wiring diagrams and technical drawings
  • Experience within a manual role e.g. Rigging or Installation
  • The willingness to work long, unsociable hours both in the UK and overseas
  • HND standard electrical or electronic qualification or equivalent experience.
