Track Manager

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

-Ensure the Venue is Opened and Closed in accordance with working procedures

-Ensure the Cleaning and Maintenance of the Venue

-Ensure Stocking of Fridges, food and Drinks

-Confirming Booking and setting up Function Rooms in accordance with Running sheets

-Ensure Safety Checks are Conducted on Go Karts and the Team are have had a meeting in what Bookings are on for the Day

-Ensure all Staff on Duty Comply with Health and Safety Procedures

-Provide communication and Support between all Staff

-Provide First Point of Call for a Track Marshall and Customers

-set up for Venue functions

-Conduct stocktake 

-Operate arrive and drive and race session bookings and payments

-Using point of Sale Systems and Timing Systems in order to Run the Booking

-Managing Phone Calls and Bookings on the Day and future Bookings

-Provide and email Information to Potential Clients

-Responsible for serving Drinks and Food

-Responsible for Giving the Customers the Ultimate Go Kart Experience
