Honda Performance Development, Inc., a leader in motorsports racing, is seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Technician to join its Racing Program in Santa Clarita, California (North Los Angeles County).
Responsibilities are assembly, installing and removing jigs and fixtures from engines, installing and removing engines from the dyno, providing assistance in testing engines on the dyno, and providing assistance in maintaining testing equipment.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program
- Available to work a minimum of 24 hours a week. Will work around school schedule.
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Experience with inventory management is a plus
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Exhibited leadership, problem solving, collaboration and self-directed skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- PC skills for planning, reporting and activity tracking, use of Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
- Able to lift and carry 20-30lbs
