Haltech UK is rapidly expanding and we have an immediate opening for a Technical sales and support staff at our UK office located in Birmingham UK. We are seeking enthusiastic, industry-experienced people to join our team and help support and grow our rapidly expanding dealer network.
Primary Tasks involve include:
- Process Sales of Haltech products
- Advise and consult customers via Phone, Email, Live Chat, etc..
- Expand Haltech dealer network by engaging and activating new dealers
- Maintain Dealer relations through regular communication
- Provide product technical support to customers
Secondary Tasks involve include:
- Assist with improvement suggestions for our product range.
- Racetrack and event support (Will include travel and occasional weekend work)
Candidates with the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
- Automotive Aftermarket Sales Experience
- Experience in installing, configuring and tuning engine management.
- Thorough understanding of both auto electrical and engine mechanical concepts.
- Competent computer skills.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting performance vehicles.
- Ability to work as part of an enthusiastic team.
- Excellent interpersonal & customer relation skills.
- A passion for working on high-performance automotive applications.
Must have good Automotive knowledge in Electronics,Can systems and Electonic Control Units
