Job Description
We’re changing how we bring in top talent into our Technical functions with a brand new role as a Technical Recruitment Engineer. This exciting new position will sit within the Talent Acquisition team, working with key stakeholders offering hands-on support to reduce time, effort and stress during the talent acquisition process.
In this Technical Recruitment Engineer role you will work in partnership alongside the current Talent Acquisition team in place to support immediate and future needs, providing a technical (engineering) input to the Talent Acquisition process. You will engage with prospective and live candidates across our Technical functions, whilst supporting the interview and assessment processes. This role will also act as a technical advisory point to the Talent Acquisition team, lending your expertise as a first port of call for questions from the team.
To be considered for this Technical Recruitment Engineer position, you will:
- Have experience engaging with and assessing prospective and live talent
- Outstanding, hands-on engineering knowledge and experience
- An understanding of how Formula One Technical teams function and interact with each other
- Have high attention to detail, an engaging personality and hold a problem-solving mind-set
- Ideally have an engineering degree and worked as an Engineer for a Formula One team
