Blendini Motorsport are looking for an experience workshop Manager to take over the running of its main workshop based in Llantrisant. We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced individual to lead their elite team. With a track record of Performance Mechanical experience and having good diagnostic experience, as you will be repairing and modifying vehicle components as well as replacing. The ideal Technician must have a proven track record. Being able to work to deadlines and targets is essential, but also being self-motivated, organised and the ability to multitask is a must.

Applicants must have/be:
- Management experience
- Good engineering background
- Experience with engine and gearbox rebuilds
- Have proven experience with all aspects of vehicle maintenance
- Good knowledge of fabrication
- General Knowledge of Super cars
Applicants are preferred to have but not essential:
- Experience of Performance/Race car Engineering.
- Experience within Motorsport.
- Class 1 HGV licence
Qualifications are not essential in certain areas, however the relative experience is.
Full UK driving licence required.
