Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Specialist for home charging in Europe and are looking for a motivated young professional who is geared toward further developing a career in the Charging and EV space with a long-term plan to grow and influence stakeholders. This position requires a proven track record of successful project deliveries and with a strong communication and organizational skillset. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment. 

Under the guidance of the Manager of Charging Network Europe, you will drive the home charging equipment and installation program in all European countries. While taking market specific requirements into account, the candidate will work closely with connected departments to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and service. This is a key role that will help Fisker deliver an innovative, immersive, and unrivalled experience to customers that is aligned with the company’s vision of “a clean future for all.” 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch Fisker’s home charging equipment program and installation, interfacing with key stakeholders to support customer experience initiatives

  • Identify market specific requirements and development and coordinate relationships with vendors supporting the home and installation process 

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales department to ensure that customer feedback is used internally to constantly optimize the end-user experience

  • Provide input and assist with Fisker’s go-to-market plan for EV related retail products & services. 

  • Work with internal teams to develop EV related applications and digital solutions

  • Operate Cross-Functionally with inter-departmental collaboration with legal, engineering, manufacturing, quality, technical service, and service centers to assist with Fisker’s charging strategy

  • Support program reporting and analytics across KPI’s

  • Support broader EV and Charging strategies and projects as required

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or (Industrial) Engineering ideally with a focus on electrical engineering, project management or similar

  • Entrepreneurial & proactive mindset as well as team player

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in German and English; other European languages are a plus

  • Well organized, strong attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experienced in rolling out complex customer facing products and processes

  • Ability to manage multiple important projects simultaneously under deadline

  • Proficiency with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience (1-4 years) of working in the automotive and/or EV charging industry 

  • Ideally 2+ years EV charging experience including home charging hardware and installation as well as knowledge of specific charging standards and important (regulatory) market requirements
