We are looking for insightful developers to bring powerful solutions to the data led world of Performance Engineering.

The successful applicants will be working towards building our next generation of analytics tools. Depending on your role and experience you will be:

  • Developing front / back end tools or across the full stack.
  • Working in a highly collaborative environment using pull requests and pair programming.
  • Using Agile methods to manage projects.
  • More experienced candidates will be expected to provide leadership and mentorship.

You will have some familiarity with our tech stack but we are excited to hear about what new experience you can bring to the team including the technologies and methodologies that you have already used.

As a member of Performance Software you will be contributing to the development, maintenance and support of current in-house software products, ranging from command-line tools to desktop applications to microservices and web APIs. Our products are used by a wide-range of AMF1's engineers including aero, strategy, simulation, vehicle performance and design engineers. You will work closely with our engineers to create solutions that deliver enriched data to enable swift & clear actions.
