Senior Software Developer – The Role
Candidates must have a formal background in software development and several years’ experience writing desktop and/or full stack web applications.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in some of the following technologies:
Python (FastAPI, Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, PyQt/PySide, etc)
TypeScript, React, Chakra UI
REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Socket.IO
SQL, MongoDB, Redis
GitLab, Continuous Integration & Delivery, Docker, Kubernetes
VTK
In this senior position you will mentor other team members and you will be guiding day-to-day technical decisions.
Senior Software Developer – The Person
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creative thinking and have demonstrated the ability to consistently deliver high-quality results within tight timescales. The candidate will be organised, methodical and demonstrate the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and articulate challenging concepts in understandable terms.
Experience of leading teams would be advantageous.
