We have a new opportunity available within our Aerodynamics Technology Group to be a leading participant in the technical creation, evolution and improvement of integrated experimental and CFD aerodynamic car development processes.

In this role you will provide recommendations and direct input in all projects related to the improvement of CFD tools, their integration with experimental methods and effective communication of these plans to the relevant groups; ensuring plans are created, administered and completed within required timescales by working proactively within our Aerodynamic Technology Group.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

To fulfil this role a minimum of seven years previous experience in high level motorsport environment is essential and experience of personnel management would be preferable.

You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a dependable team player who can positively interact and communicate with a range of groups combined with a strong level of CFD knowledge, experience and racing car aerodynamics.

This role will report directly to the Chief of Aerodynamic Technology and Strategy.
