Job Title: Senior Manager – Accounting and Financial Reporting
Reports to: Chief Accounting Officer

Purpose:
The Company is currently seeking a Senior Manager – Accounting and Financial Reporting to be based out of its Miami office. This individual will play an integral role in the month-end closing process, SEC reporting functions, quarterly planning/forecasting and be responsible for other general accounting matters. This individual will also be a key contributor to the growth of the Company by providing a strong professional presence, supervisory guidance, and superior technical accounting and reporting expertise.

We have sold more than one million copies of our NASCAR series of video games and market tickets and hospitality experiences to more than 100 events per year.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Guide and supervise a team of global Accountants
- Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Participate in the annual budget process
- Participate in cash management and cash forecasting activities
- Review monthly P&L variances to budget and provide explanations for significant variances
- Prepare/ review audit schedules and assist with annual external audits requests
- Oversee global monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including fulfilling relevant SEC reporting requirements
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles
- Work closely with global team members on the month-end close
- Maintain supporting documentation for financial reporting
- Research and memorialize technical accounting matters
- Assist with special projects, as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Required:
- 6+ years of professional accounting experience (public accounting experience is highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Strong proficiency in general accounting and internal controls
- Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
