Position:- Sr. iOS Developer
What a day is like: The Senior iOS Developer rapidly prototypes and implements new features for the Fisker iOS app.
- Present solutions both independently and as a member of the Engineering team, and deliver the solutions on-time
- Transform business and functional requirements into technical solutions
- Continuously explore new trends and incorporate emerging technology stacks
- Participate in full software development life cycle from concept through delivery
- Troubleshoot and provide scalable solutions for complex engineering problems
- Blend iterative and adaptive development to effectively handle time-constrained projects
- Participate in code and design reviews to give constructive feedback and, seek it as well
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and encourage a culture of intellectual curiosity by being approachable
- Implement solutions serving high volume production applications
You’re perfect for this role if you have:
- 8-10 years of experience and extensive knowledge of enterprise mobile app development on iOS platform, from coding to publishing to app store.
- Demonstrable portfolio of released enterprise applications on the App Store
- Extensive knowledge of iOS programming language Swift
- Experience with SwiftUI and Combine
- Exposure to iOS Framework development (required)
- Experience with converting wireframes models of new and existing features into quality user interfaces
- Experience with consuming APIs and interfacing with backend services, implementing third party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of best practices relating to authentication, networking, concurrency, performance, memory management and security in context of iOS apps
- Experience using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts and continuous integration
- Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform in a team environment with strong oral and written communication skills
