Your tasks:
- analyse, model and simulate dynamic systems of powertrain and chassis components and design software logic for solving complex control problems
- combine model-based control concepts with data-based methods and apply them to linear and non-linear systems with parameter and structural uncertainties
- implement the developed algorithms and validate the control performance using Model- / Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation platforms, at the test bench or in the car
- reporting of test results and support improving the product quality
The successful candidate will:
- have a Masters / Bachelors degree in control engineering, automotive engineering or a similar field of study
- show global understanding of automotive electronic systems and of dynamic physical systems
- display sound knowledge of advanced control systems (system identification, control theory, signal processing)
- have knowledge and previous experience with Matlab/Simulink and C programming
