Your tasks as Senior Engineer – Electronics Microcontroller (m/f/d):
- Develop MCU roadmaps and specifications and implement strategic plans for Steering Applications
- Track milestones and maintain program timing and deliverables for MCU development activities internally
- Work with ECU core and application module engineers to ensure proper integration and verification of the MCU/SoC
- Interact with SoC supplier design, quality and manufacturing organizations to resolve device related issues
- Benchmark SoC products and processes and support continuous improvement of a world class MCU development process
Your profile as Senior Engineer – Electronics Microcontroller (m/f/d):
- Educated to degree level in Electronics or relevant subject
- Long-term experience of MCU/ ECU development and implementation in automotive environment
- Familiarity with semiconductor industry trends and best practices (continuous improvement, AEC-Q100, zero defects, quality processes) and knowledge of MCU/SoC design and manufacturing processes; Knowledge of ISO26262 is preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative cross-functional team and time zones with high self-motivation and strong problem-solving skills
- English fluent (written and spoken); willingness to travel
