Senior Commercial Manager

This role is for Senior Commercial Manager, who will support the securing of new partnerships across the Red Bull Racing and Red Bull Technology portfolio to take our brand into the next phase of our evolution. You will help realise the ambition to become one of the worlds’ most revered and dynamic technology companies.


In a time of change, you will be required to help maximise the organisation’s commercial revenue to support continued on-track and off-track success and development of our estate through being the most creative and inventive thinker in the industry.


The primary focus will be on securing new innovative partnerships, but will also include a focus on supporting the Commercial Director and associated business areas.


You will be thrust into the limelight to develop and own alternative revenue streams that are deemed to align with Red Bull Racing’s strategic business objectives.

To be considered for this role you will need a proven track record closing 7 figure sponsorship agreements whilst being highly experienced at creating outstanding sales proposals and literature.  We will also be looking for the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate some knowledge of Licensing and hold an enviable black book of contacts with the ability to tap into these.  Proven experience of working in sponsorship, marketing or a similar sales focussed role is a must for this position tied in with an in-depth knowledge of macro-level challenges CXOs and brands are facing in the current climate.  As with all of our roles, the expectations for this position is very high and at times the role can be very demanding.
