Race Winning Brands, located in Mentor OH, has an immediate opening for a Screen Print Operator on 1st shift working 6am-2pm (Monday through Friday.)
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that pistons complete skirt coating process to product specifications
- Make sure that all components of the process are running to specified process parameters, while possessing the ability to do a reasonable level of troubleshooting to correct the process
- Possess the ability to set up skirt coat machines and to perform the necessary quality checks, as well as a basic knowledge of statistical methods
- The operator has responsibility for end of line ovens. The operator must be able to set up and change over skirt coating machinery to the desired piston reference, and to see that the equipment is kept in a clan and orderly condition.
- This person must also be able to perform quality checks and skirt coating per work instruction.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer, scanning skills
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to load/unload baskets/trays of parts weighing more than 10 but less than 25 pounds at waist level
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and process instructions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
